“Wonderful company and easy going people to work with. We hired them to completely demolish the existing kitchen and to take down some walls in order to get a large open space of the kitchen and to redesign it completely. The work that they did was on a daily basis and each day our supervisor came over either at the end of the day or early in the morning and to personally check the progress of the work. The whole remodeling took more than 2 months and they took care of all the paperwork and permits. we must mention that we had no hidden charge of any type and although they made some changes during that work. We strongly recommend them and we already refereed them to some of our friends.”

“My mother was in need of a reliable and experienced contractor that would able to do a full makeover of her living room and kitchen area. After calling around several places, I felt most comfortable with RoseGold. The gentleman I spoke to was Adam, and he was extremely patient with all my questions and offered to come to my mother's house for a consult/visual inspection.

After the consult we decided to move forward with the project. Adam and his crew were extremely skillful as they remodeled the kitchen cabinets, stove tops, flooring, sinks, faucets, etc. In the living room, Adam provided us with his suggestions for paint/color tone that would complement the rest of the house... you know he's experienced in the field since he has exceptional taste!! Overall the project only took 4 months to complete, much sooner than we had anticipated.

Their prices are extremely reasonable and Adam will work with your family in order to reach a mutual agreement. I am so happy we went with RoseGold...highly recommended!”

“I always wanted to turn my garage into living space, but was never able to due to finances and it being illegal. A friend of mine let me know that as of January 2017 the city is allowing to convert the existing garage into an ADU. I must have called 7 different companies and felt that no one was as educated enough about ADU as Adam was with RoseGold Builders. Everything he said was exactly to what the city of LA was requiring. The architectural process took about 3 weeks and we were able to pull the permits over the counter. Once the project started, Adam and his team were so on top of everything. Even the city inspector Charles Powell was extremely impressed with there work. Thank you so much, I am now able to collect an extra 1800 a month for a garage that was never used. My guest bathroom and outdoor deck turned out better than I could have ever imagined. “Adam at Rosegold Builders was super enthusiastic about our remodeling project that included basically most of the inside of our house. Before the work signed and started, He set with us during several meetings in order to totally understand what we want, need and hope to get for our budget and only after that... he agreed to provide us with an inclusive price for the work. Only the items that we added during the work, were not included in the price (like a large support beam which was revealed during the demolition stage) and few additional materials that we added (like additional floors at the entry of the house). The working crews were totally coordinated and did a wonderful, professional and precise job including all the daily cleaning before they left for the day. All the workers were very pleasant to work with. During the work, we had some delays in several things (like a delay in cabinetry) which caused to put the remodeling project off schedule but proved to be good due to the way the project was completed. We must admit that even the delays, everyone that was involved in the work did his/her best to work around this delay. At the end of the work... we are super happy and pleased with the overall results of the remodeling project. The high quality and the fast attention to all the details of the work was much more above our expectation. Adam our project manager was always fast to respond to any of our emails or phone calls and has kept to provide his support EVEN after the job was complete.”
